Speaking/Sonar
Please bare in mind, for RP sake, that Nephites cannot speak. They emit
a series of almost dolphin like sounds that they all understand as langauge.
However for simplicity we still write that as normal speaking text.

Telepathy
The ability of Nephites and Blanche' to transmit electric impulses to one
another. This normally DOES NOT convey feelings, but can if the one sending
the messages chooses to at the time (must be specified in post). However
it can NEVER send imagery to others. It also cannot be locked from others,
though it can be used to communicate with sealings.

The langauge of humans above the waves. They are completely beyond Nephites
to understand and likewise in reverse.
