This is an ocean-based group on mer-people called Nephities. By the edicts of nature, they live their lives surrounded by the ocean and ride though its gifts and struggle against its dangers. Forever on the darkening horizon is the Blanche’, the children and worshipers of the blood eclipsed moon god: Maho, who promises to one day throw all into darkness. Defying him is Mizu-O, the god of lightening and the full moon whom the Nephite devotedly worship.

Hallow Tempest is an original role-play designed by S.Dolan and R. Simpson, it is NOT an Elfquest role-play.
