Faerie Tale

On the isle of Ebon (a fictional rendition of the Isle of Mann in Ireland) the wall between the ‘other world’, also known as the Dream Realm, and the ‘real world’ known as the Waken Realm is all but a thin fabric easily pushed aside. This lends to various supernatural occurrences that plague the people.

Within this province people still believe in fairies, still see an ill omen in crossing a black cat’s path. They believe in a ghost ship that infrequently roams their port in remembrance of the pirate days. They hear the songs of the merrow with the rolling waves.

Though visitors scoff at the local’s backwater and superstitious ways, they tend to find themselves experiencing the unusual themselves. They find it difficult to rely on their electronics from time to time. Walk from one room into another and for no reason your cell phone will cut out… or worse – call you.
