The Time Period
Future (Current Year: 2022)

The Theme
Somewhere between high over the top melodrama of X-Men and the magical fantasy world of many esper orientated anime this theme lands. It has psychic powers, it has unusual occurrences but it does not have the super powers of Marvel Comics.

The World
This world is not unlike our own. In fact it is exactly like our own save with a little more room for the paranormal. Namely, psychics, ghosts, phantoms and the occasional but rare 'unseen' creature. It is a world where science can in fact create espers and natural witches are born. Are there vampires and werewolves? Who knows, none have been seen yet.

The Country
Generica is the country name. It is not to unlike the super powers of the world. It has more of an American/Democratic feeling to the politics but with more congested cities and expanses of greenery found in other Euro countries and Japan. For a visual I'd just think of how anime represents Japan. A huge city with some nature seen from just beyond its fringes.

The City
The city is a large major city named Metropolis. It's big sha-ding is it's heavy computer science and development industries. It is bustling with both rich blood and crime lords. It is a city that never sleeps, almost any sort of store can be found open even at the wee hours of the AMs.

The Giovanni House
A large mini-city onto itself, the Giovanni house is more like a few houses with a palace in the center. Huge gardens cut between the large buildings heavily influenced in style of the early Italian manors. Large high stone walls with surveillance circle around it with two gates. One gate is the main gate with the main drive that is more like a street that goes up the spacious 'Giovanni Neighborhood'. The second gate is a small private drive that opens up to a large lake side retreat that is their private property. The entire location has tight security from personnel to top of the line equipment.

There is housing for members of the family in a large manor. Members are given rooms there and the kitchen is operational by them any time of day. They have a private pool in the back split in two for pleasure and the other half for laps. A small hot tub is also part of the back yard ensemble.

A 'community park' rests near the center on the north-eastern side. Housed there is a billiard room with pool, ping-pong, air hockey and more mature indoor games. Outside is another pool, huge with two slides and some diving boards attached and flanked by three hot tubs. There is a steam room and a shower room for both genders. There is a large section put aside for golf and a few tennis / basketball courts.

The Green Haven Apartments
Three olive green and dusky brown apartment bulidings, each three stories tall and in a U shape together that faces the street. It looks somewhat rundown but it isn't 'ghetto' living and has bronze railings along the stairs and all but the ground floor which are very sturdy and could even be sat upon (though it's not advised since you could fall over!).

The apartments themselves are one or two bedroom with a small hall and one full bath. They have a kitchenette with a dishwasher and an eletric stove. Finally there is a large front room that has two huge windows. All windows are covered in white blinds and the floor has a medium gray brown carpet with plastic immitation 'tile' floor in the bathrooms and kitchen.

The Old Hideout
The small abandoned and forgotten club location is known as the Hide Out. The energy is still wired to the city as it the plumbing and gas. Who owns that part of the build is most likely the huge apartment complex that sits on it. They get away with using the utilities since it registers on the other occupant's bills.

The only door way in or out is a small old fashioned and half rotted wooden door, eight feet below street level. It has a worn flight of stairs hidden just past an outcropping of the build's wall. It's well hidden from plain view.

Inside there is the main dance hall and bar with a few table still able to be used, most have been thrown away for space or used as supplies. There is a small one person bathroom attached to the main hall, one for men and one for women. There is a small kitchen behind the bar (door way leading in), only the sink, oven and stove remain but there are hooks ups for the fridge and microwave.

The dance area, beyond the tables, has an old disco ball hanging over it and several lights. It has tile flooring that is a bit shifted and cracked due to ground movement, but in decent condition. The ceiling is vaulted and lined with sparkles. The walls are decorated with nice statues and a fountain is in the back of the room. Some bullet holes litter the statues and walls.

A room for those back stage comes with a small but usable shower with a pull around curtain. There are old fashion mirrors that go along one of the walls, counter and stools. There are also several closet polls along the wall opposite the mirrors. Small walls separate the span of five polls, where clothing can be hung... or better yet a sheet for some privacy and make shift one person beds.

A manager's office, with an old in good condition desk sits with a matching chair. Shelves line the walls and there is a large sofa left to rot there. There is a secondary storage room that is the size of a master bed room (about 10x10) and attached to the dance hall. A large closet is built into there.

All in all the place was apparently an old liquor hide out during Prohibition.
