Date of Birth: (Numeric only please. Example: 01/01/2022. Please be sure to figure out the year by subtracting it from the current in RP date.)

Occupation: (All characters in play must EVENTUALLY join the Giovanni mafia family if they do not already begin as a member. Please be sure to look over the families, or whatever affiliation you have, and choose your occuption based on that.)

Skills
Major: (This is a skill your character is EXCEPTIONAL at, they can teach others and are highly trained. Characters yonger than 10 may not possess a major skill. Characters between 10-15 may have 1. characters between 16 - 25 may have 2. Characters older than 25 may have three and characters over a century may have 4.)
Average: (A skill your character is compitent at and can do well. As many as makes logical sense for age and experience and is explained on the CIS.)
Unskilled: (A skill your character SUCKS at. Example: If you took cooking your food would cause everyone to curl into the fetal position around a bottle of tums for the night. You MUST have 1, but having more is always welcome.)

Metaphysical
Minor: (This only applies to psychic characters, synthetic or natural. Please pick from the list.)
Major: (This slot is also used for stigmas powers. Please be sure to explain how the power works for you, including triggers, blocks to its use and visual affects if any. Please do not make a character with PERFECT use of an ability, I will demand a fault in it so you may as well think one up ahead of time! The more powerful your ability the more "faults" I expect.)

Clothing: (This can just be a style, as I am sure your character does not wear the same thing every day.)

Addictions: (Things your character craves on at _least_ a daily basis and will become irritable without.)
