Bioelectricity is the best descriptive word for this. He conducts electricity through his body that comes from his central engine (heart). He can arch it or channel it through objects.

Based on what he is he has an abundance of strength, stamina and speed. He can shut off pain sensors to complete a job more efficiently but it exposes him to taking more damage then he realizes.

Biology
Eyes: His eyes are red. He wears sunglasses most of the time to hide that. His expressions are usually a little disinteresed and narrow in shape. They are also on the wide puppy side when he isn't looking bored or menacing.
Hair: His hair is light purple. He dyes it black to not stand out too much. The color ends up being a darker gray hue of purple. His hair is thick and straight. He keeps it cut short in a semi boyish hair cut. The right side has a strip that's gradually longer, grown out to his jaw line while the other side is an inch shorter. The back is tapered to his neck. His bangs are brushed to the side somewhat and fall in his face just a bit, haphazardly.

He has semi-light peach skin. His body is toned while being around average in looks with clothing over it. He blends into crowds when his hair is in a hat and he's got shades on. He has a barcode on his wrist. He wears simple clothing such as long sleeved shirts and jeans. Though he wears darker colors he tries to not be to obvious so he limits it to dark blue or gray jeans and darker shades of shirts. He wears tenis shoes with good runner's grips. Over his clothing he wears a large sweater, usally with a hood and a zipper in the front. These sweaters are nutral colors but are often designed with some sort of skater or punk Art Nuavoue imagry. Weapon wise he tends to keep on him slip knives or extension shivs that he channels electricity through.

Psychology Vox has an 'on the job' personality. He is cold, logical thinking. He protects and serves his charge above and beyond everything else (even if that some times means he doesn't listen to him). He also won't hold back against the enemy no matter how pathetic they look.

History
Before Jared made a mess of things and Shelton Inc. blew up the world with nukes (long story), Vox was one of several members of the North Star.

A creation, he was one of two 'twins' constructed by Adam Yanovasky. They weren't average metal and wire constructs but rather creationed from the blood of a single member of the North Stars who had earned a death scentence. They were then given a metal skeleton and nano-woven tissues, veins and muscles. Their dermal layer, the skin that is, is graphed on and grown in an enzyme rich bath.

One of Yanovasky's asssociates (Joseph Kauff) stole them, the project and everything that was intended for them. The cyborgnetic children were raised by Kauff and the Celestine Choir. They were put on a job to steal The Book of the Moon from the Emeric family's keeper he encountered Atsumaru, Johan, Haku, Jamie, Annique Elise and Tsume as enemies. In combat attempting to obtain Tsume as a hostage for the Celestine Chior him and Oris fought against Annique Elise and Chino. Chino killed Oris (and lost one of his stigmata points in the process).

Being left alone without his brother was mind numbing to him. For several months he was inoperable. The Celestine Choir threw him out. Eventually Yanovasky found him and took him back. He force re-booted him. Having nothing to turn back to Vox accepted any job or purpose he was given for quite some time. With the global madness on the rise, the Giovanni family needed a protector for their young child. The Emerics and North Star were in a treaty at the time and they offered up their cyborg for the job.

Upon his time travel with Chale he has been rather obscure. He watched Chale from a distance most of the time. Though constantly in his presence he is a quite sort. He has helped in a few meetings that have to do with taking on Stigmas.
