What is known...
The only thing known about Sandra is that Allen was taken from her when he was very small and it shattered her world. As a result she fell in with a cult, the Sapphire Blue, and gave literally everything to it. Years later she rose to become its new leader and has never looked back.

She found Allen when his lover of the time, Nicky, turned out to be a vessel for her God (due to his channeling). Despite seeing the resemblence she still has issues beleiving he is her child all grown up.
