ROR Changes are DONE! ~Phweeze Readz~

CHANGES ARE DONE!

CIS updates GET THEM INTO ME BY JANUARY 20th!! OR LOSE THE CHARACTER!
New RACES! Elf (all of them), Dragons, Fenis, Dwarves and Salamanders are PLAYABLE.
Some Story Characters have become normal Characters (Hirst, Yesha, Tao, Toru, Sano, Karen) and have CISs up!
New Maps (as you can see to the left, Asgard isn’t doing so hot)
New Garden of Yggdrasill information.
New and altered Duchy information (See we have a new one: Helfhiemr)
NEW FOCUS to social! I noticed that a lot of the players had issues getting into combat so I’m shifting gears for at least a year or two (in real time) to a more social RP. That means your rank will matter! I suggest some of you with time consider making title holding characters to fill the vast ranks left open (See the Openings page).

Anyone paying attention to me? I left World of Warcraft so give me a hand breaking my addiction by giving me shit to do in this RP. CIS correcting would help ease my blues. (Yes, this might be a joke… or it may not be. Ask Demi.)

ROR Changes

Major changes are happening on the ROR site. That means if you see any new errors please point them out. Also expect some pages to be delayed in being changed.

I’ve already altered: The Maps, the Intro Page and the Duchy Pages

To Come (As far as I know):

Races (Air, Fire, Wind, Water, Frost, Light, Dark Elves, Dragons, Dwarves, Fenis, Salamanders)
CIS updates GET THEM INTO ME BY JANUARY 20th!! OR LOSE THE CHARACTER!
Alterations on the Titles and Jobs that had powers associated to Odin
New Garden of Yggdrasil information
Alteration on the Dangers Page

Also the RP is turning from WAR to SOCIAL!!
That means it matters what your rank is! Social tiers are going to be more critical now and we have a boat load of positions open. .

Ragnarok - Preparations

As it says, Ragnarok is about to hit in RoR. That pretty little painting I have of the world is going to have a huge change. Either way before I can do Rangarok I need your armor and weapon updates. That is because I need to have the right armor for the right stats when I make the battle postlines.

We had a little fun with battle in the beginning and I’ve held off on doing it again because I feel like the players preferred such chaos only for large ‘epic’ moments in rp history. I hope that was a fair assumption. Either way, give me your updates. For armor let me know what parts have armor on it and if it is ‘all’ then it’s a full set of armor. Use the Equipment (Under Setting) in the side for information on armor and weapons.

Also I really suggest you guys do little ‘the night before’ posts between characters that are close to one another. For example I have a few JPs that I’m going to do to give that part exploration. Example: Shane/Don/Julie/Darius. Shane knows that is the last night he’ll have with them all so it’s a little important to play it out.

PLEASE write them separately between one another and send them in. Why am I not giving us postlines for it? Because I think we’ve built up to Ragnarok enough to do it and I don’t think many of you will actually take up the advice I’ve given here.

RoR - Update Ye Gear me Players… and helpful info for it.

ROR Stuff!

Guys, I need you to send me in your updates for your gear. I’m sure you have noticed that I’ve started handing it out like candy for this Halloween. What did you get you may ask? Well if you don’t remember then you don’t really deserve it do you? Seriously though… Here is the update list. It’s up to you as players to figure out what it looks like. Avoid things like ‘wicked’ since that tells me nadda and less at times. I’d look at Guild Wars for inspiration. I AM NOT drawing THIS so do not send me your inspiration images.

Metal Information
Orichalcum: (ori) Blue like the icon OR black with a blue tint.
Damascus: (dam) Carbon black OR polished black with a white sheen.
Mithril: (mith) Light blue-green OR processed into an opalescent look.
