First off I know this next month or so will be hard on everyone so please try to be patient with the slower posters. It’s just that “time of year”… like a spring equivalent to the holidays lol.

Second, as you may have noticed in the title, is group closures. I’ve looked over things and decided that FT, HT and a little known group named DoFH are all going to close. This is because players are stretched far too thin between my running 5 groups and Spyder running 1. These groups tax moderators and players alike and I think I was better off when I limited myself to only running 3 ever.

Not to mention their settings seemed hard for people to get into.

Third, the Fast CIS. I will be instituting this in all my groups from now on. You can fill out the full CIS on your own and send it to me, at which point I bounced it back with revisions and blah blah… OR you can fill out a Fast CIS which will have only a few key points you need to fill in and then I will use that to write a CIS for you based on the information. I will then send that CIS to YOU for approval, and the bouncing of emails my commence until all is well. This is not faster for approval or for moderators but I’ve found many players are great at posting and slow as slugs at writing a CIS sheet while I can whip one out rather quickly to save you the time.^_^

Last, there is another group that will take my “third” slot in the future. I will no longer be going past three groups I moderate for ALL of our sakes heh. This group will be a revision of War of Final Nights. More updates on that once I have more to pass onto you.

Those of you who LOVED charries from any of the closed groups, I am more then willing to try and hash out a way to move them into one of the existing ones or the future group. Just IM/Email me, I’m fairly sure I can work out something.^_^

as you may have noticed, I’m a bit slow on posting, which won’t change for the next three weeks. first of all, I’m fucking CLOSE to my final exams, which are really important and stuff. don’t know the American equivalent for Abitur, but, well… it’s important. that means I actually have to study for school once in a while.

secondly, there’s shit going down in my extended family healthwise (nothing too serious; just too much at the same time), and in other respects.

lastly, and this is what I only learned today and I’m really excited about telling you guys

I got an offer for my gap year today, and it looks like I’m going to Buenos Aires in September and I’ll help teaching German at a school for 12 months. which is awesome. less awesome is that I need to sort out lots of things (passport, vaccination,…), most of it till March 19th, which is also when my final exams start. but I’m SO EXCITED ABOUT IT!
so… yea. as you can see, I’m REALLY busy. but I’ll try and sort of keep up posting :]

So, sorry if I’ve slowed way, way down in posting. I’m getting married in 38 days!!!! *squee*

So between now and wow…like the end of April I’m pretty busy. Especially the month of April…between wedding and honeymoon, April will be pretty much dead to me.

Just dropping the mods a note, I’ll e-mail you privately too to figure out when to slap me on vacation status. Oh…and Ezra too…since he’s like…the groom n’ all.

Okay, I don’t have internet access at the moment. I had to cancel my old internet, and I am waiting for my new service to kick in. That should be in a few days. Anyway, I have tried to keep up on my phone, but that is a total pain. I will do what I can, but I can only do so much. I just thought I would let you know.

Does anyone have a preference on what cultures they like to play in CoA? You know, between Aetherian, Roma, Ryuko and Keise. (Am I missing one?)

I really like the Roma. Something about their freeward gypsy ways and the way they’re a tight-knit family with issues appeals to me. They can piss each other off, but I get the feeling if an outsider messes with them, they ALL come down on you. They remind me of something of a mafia really. I always thought it’d be funny if they had some sort of pizzeria and ran, I dunno, a mob business out of the back of that, lol.

And it’s just fun to yell at the “Gaje” all day long…but I guess that’s just with Aurelei…
